Upon arrival, ECPD received a call from the El Campo Memorial Hospital Emergency Room (ECMH), notifying officers of two gunshot victims.

Perry was charged with six counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two warrants for abandon/endanger of a child imminent danger bodily injury.

He remains in custody at the Wharton County jail and bond amounts for all charges total $50,000.
