Perry was charged with six counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two warrants for abandon/endanger of a child imminent danger bodily injury.

He remains in custody at the Wharton County jail and bond amounts for all charges total $50,000.

“The ECPD Criminal Investigation Division spent long hours since the shooting, investigating the case,” ECPD said in its press release.
