The Wharton County Commissioners Court will convene at 9:30 a.m. on Monday to provide update and take all appropriate action on COVID-19 related issues, as well as consider approval on the following agenda items:
- Take all appropriate action regarding Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) that expired Dec. 31, 2020.
- Take all appropriate action for District Attorney’s office to apply for Victim Assistsnve Coordinator grant through the Texas Governor’s office.
- Take all appropriate action to approve Marcus Tijerina as full-time Deputy Constable for the City of East Bernard.
- Take all appropriate action to purchase 2022 Chevrolet 3/4 ton pickup truck from Caldwell Country for approximately $34,000 with funds from Special Road and Road & Bridge Fund Pct. 1 — Vehicles (020.612.512).

- Permits.
