A Wharton County Grand Jury met on Tuesday, Oct. 6. According to Wharton County District Attorney Dawn Allison, the following individuals indicted include:
Llilas Bacak for deadly conduct;
Geovanni Nava for criminal mischief ($200-$30,000);
Ashton Crump for escape from custody;
Douglas Hancock for two counts of theft ($2,500-$30,000);
Loreen Caldera for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 (less than 1 gram);
Paul Garcia for manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance PG 1 (4-200 grams);
Martin Hayes for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 (less than 1 gram);
Shawn McCain for possession of a controlled substance PG 2 (4-400 grams);
Richard Rivera Jr. for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 (less than 1 gram);
Bobby Galvan for failure to register as a sex offender;
Timothy Green for continuous sexual assault of a child;
Ricky Lawson for theft with two or more previous convictions;
Wayne Hatton for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 (less than 1 gram) and tampering with physical evidence;
April Wilson for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 (less than 1 gram) and tampering with physical evidence;
Adam Andrade for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 (less than 1 gram);
Ryan Padilla for two counts of possession of a controlled substance PG 1 (4-200 grams);
Devonte Jones for possession of prohibited substance in a correctional facility and tampering with physical evidence;
Vangie Marie Deleon for two counts of manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance PG 1 (1-4 grams);
Yonari Garcia for violating a protective order;
Miguel Martinez-Lopez for three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and tampering with physical evidence.
Edgar Jaramillo for tampering with physical evidence and three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Raquel Vasquez for theft with two or more previous convictions;
Abraham Ferrer for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle;
Matthew Guevara for unlawful use of a motor vehicle;
Primitivo Llanes Jr. For threat to publish intimate material;
Edgar Jaramillo for theft of a firearm;
Krystal Baizabal for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 (less than 1 gram) in a drug-free zone and possession of a controlled substance PG 2 (1-4 grams);
Joannie Davila for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 (less than 1 gram) in a drug-free zone;
Robert Horelica for arson and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, family violence;
Sharon Llanes for burglary of a building;
Randy Smith for online solicitation of a minor;
Erick Sanders for tampering with physical evidence;
Aaron Chivira for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 (less than 1 gram);
Winter Hymes for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle;
Roosevelt Haynes for possession of a controlled substance PG 2 (less than 1 gram) and possession of marijuana (4 ounces-5 pounds);
Jeremy Pittman for unlawful use of a motor vehicle; and
Jeremiah Pace for possession of child pornography.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
